How It Works

Free Consultation
Talk to our team for an initial free consultation which includes a phone call and a site visit if required. Discuss project goals and feel free to ask our team any questions you may have. Whether you are ready to being your renovation or you are just starting to research - we are happy to meet with you.

Project Estimate & Contract
Once potential scope is determined, our team will provide an initial estimate. This can be full scope including materials procurement and design or just a portion of the project - you decide. Once the project is mutually agreed upon, a contract will be executed, and we can move into the fun part!

Project Permitting and Breakground
Once the contract is in place, the Petarson team gets to work securing building permits and other requirements in order to start work! The team can even offer design advice, sourcing, procurement and more - which will all be arranged in in Phase 2.

Project Management & Completion
As the project begins your home will start to transform. The team will be actively communicating with you on project milestones. We have an open-door policy throughout the process so you can call, email or text with any questions or concerns. We always do our best to finish projects as quickly as possible - so you can get back to enjoying your newly renovated home!
