Mladen Adamovic
Mladen is the founder of Petarson Renovations and serves as the Director of Construction Operations. After moving to the US from Serbia in 2011, Mladen worked on high end residential renovations and custom home builds, first starting in demo and eventually becoming a lead carpenter. Prior to founding Petarson Renovations, Mladen served as a Project Manager where he helped bring new builds to market in some of the most prestigious zip codes in the greater Boston area. In 2018 he founded Petarson Renovations to focus on helping homeowners transform theirs homes into beautiful and functional spaces.
With over 14 years of industry experience, the pillars of Mladen’s success have been proactive communication and a strong eye for detail. Most of his projects come through referrals—a testament to the impeccable quality and trust Petarson Renovations instills in its clients. Mladen and the Petarson team strive to ensure clients love their homes for years to come. Mladen is fully licensed in the State of Massachusetts and holds both a CSL and HIC license.
Leanne Hersey
A lifelong New Englander with a passion for timeless spaces, Leanne Hersey serves as Director of Project Management & Design. Day to day, you will find Leanne managing overarching project scheduling and helping bridge the gap between construction and design. With a keen eye for detail, clients often thank her for her ability to create spaces that enhance their homes and daily lives.
Prior to joining Petarson in 2023, Leanne worked in the furniture industry as well as in deep tech fields such as industrial water treatment and carbon nanotube manufacturing. She has more than a decade of success in shaping go-to-market and demand generation strategies for venture backed organizations at various stages of growth and investment. Leanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Communications.
