Mladen is the founder of Petarson Renovations and has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. His experience includes high-end residential renovations and custom home construction. He started in the field doing demolition work and worked his way through carpentry and into project management, leading projects in some of Boston’s most established neighborhoods. In 2019, he established Petarson Renovations to help homeowners transform their spaces into beautiful, functional homes. Mladen’s proactive communication, keen eye for detail, and commitment to quality have earned him a reputation built on referrals and trust. He is always there to lend a hand to his clients!
LEANNE HERSEY
Leanne is a Petarson co-founder and works closely with clients who choose our design-build services. She focuses on kitchens and bathrooms, where she helps translate ideas into clear, workable plans that feel both practical and well considered. Her strength is in making decisions easier and balancing layout, materials, and finishes so the end result feels cohesive and appropriate to the home. She also helps shape how completed projects are shared, ensuring our work is documented in a clear, honest way that reflects the spaces as they are. She is involved throughout the process, from early planning through final selections.

Additionally, we do work with a wide range of high-quality manufacturers and can help you choose products that fit your style and needs.
How will I be kept up-to-date on project progress?
From day one, we keep you informed. Our team is always available to a check in or answer questions. We have very open communication channels and email, text and call with clients as needed.
